How do you stay organized?
Organization is a huge part of how I stay on top of multiple responsibilities. I rely on tools like Google Calendar and Notion to map out deadlines, prioritize tasks, and keep my content or assignments visually structured. For example, during my time working on marketing campaigns for the NJ Devils, I helped manage research, partnership outreach, and creative planning. I created checklists for each part of the project and time-blocked daily goals so that nothing slipped through the cracks. I’m a visual learner, so having everything color-coded and scheduled helps me mentally prep for each week. I also like to plan ahead, if a deliverable is due Friday, I treat Wednesday as my soft deadline to give time for unexpected changes or reviews. Whether it’s balancing social media strategy, brand deliverables, or coursework, staying organized gives me the mental space to focus on creativity.

How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?
I make sure deliverables are on time and on-brand by combining strong project management habits with a deep understanding of the brand’s voice and visual identity. During my time as a social media intern at AppThatSolutions, I worked closely with the founder to deliver weekly posts aligned with the brand’s tone, which meant reviewing creative briefs, studying past content, and incorporating feedback fast. I also worked under tight deadlines while balancing schoolwork and my job at Madewell, so I learned to break projects into milestones, use calendar alerts, and communicate early if something needed adjustment. In fast-paced environments like the NIQ University Program, I had to present data-backed marketing recommendations to actual clients. We were working cross-functionally with students from 15 universities, and I stayed on track by keeping up shared docs, aligning regularly on Zoom, and making sure everyone was clear on the client’s expectations. I always focus on clarity, communication, and keeping the brand’s vision front and center.
