How do you create FOMO and social proof?
The best way to create FOMO and social proof is to create content that will make the viewer feel as if they want to be involved and that this product will solve a problem they have, or will make them fit in/be up on the trends. Most viral products go viral because it solves a problem everyone has or because everyone has this product and we don’t want to feel left out.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would respond by first apologizing for the issue they faced with the product. I would offer to hear more about their complaint to get feedback on the product, in case of issues we should know about. If it was an issue on our brands end I would make an effort to regain their trust and business by solving the issue or giving some type of compensation if available.

Social Media Coordinator
Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
I managed the social media account for my sorority, for a whole year. This included Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest and other platforms. I later on moved up to a Vice President of marketing role that oversaw directors and then became president of my sorority.
I was able to define success in this social media role because our organization was still relatively new and the previous directors were not familiar with new trends. I was able to give our social medias a refresh and completely redesign them. Even coming up with new elements that will have been continued to be used years, and new directors later.
It was rewarding to see the impact my work had in helping to get our name out there, positioning our organization with a new image and creating something others were proud of.
