While I don’t have formal sales experience, I’ve built strong communication and leadership skills through Student Council, where I helped promote events, engage students, and support successful fundraisers.
I want to work for Couture because I enjoy working with people and I’m excited to gain hands on experience in sales while helping grow a brand that creates high quality custom merch for college organizations.

Describe a time you successfully followed up to close a sale.
While I have not worked in a formal sales role, I have successfully followed up with students and staff while organizing Student Council events and fundraisers. By staying in communication, answering questions, and sending reminders. I helped encourage participation and ensure events met their goals. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication and building relationships to achieve a positive outcome.

How would you convince a client to choose our merch brand over competitors?
I would focus on what makes the brand stand out; including the quality of the merch, personalized customer service, and unique custom design options. I would listen to the client's needs, explain how our products can help bring their vision to life, and highlight the value of working with a team that is committed to their satisfaction.
