What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
I use hashtags, run giveaways, ask questions.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
Well , I think about as will the people that we serve get the reference. I feel like our target audience are family’s and large groups, so I try to post family friendly material.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I have to physically print out a paper calendar. Then I go through the feed and see okay we need a bike picture here or a kayak picture here. One need to be blue to background, one’s needs to be an aerial shot. Then I filter through and say okay a tik toc here, post on the other instagram account today. It’s a long process that sometimes only makes sense in my head.
