What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
Having an interactive presence on social media is crucial for the growth and development of the account. I would make sure to do polls, give aways, and ask questions in the captions to keep viewers interacting with our profiles.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
After the first few days of seeing who the posts are reaching and who is interacting with the posts the most, I would change how often I'm posting on certain platforms compared to others as well as create content that is more targeted towards the main audience.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I would first find out what the company expects across all platforms in one week. Then, I would create a weekly schedule for the type of content I wanted to post each day and keep it fairly consistent on a week to week basis. I would create all of the content on one day of the week and schedule them to be posted on their respective days. Obviously if more sporadic events occur, the schedule would be accommodating.
