On Tik Tok, I love watching @/dajiaavu ‘s content! I love how she mixes lifestyle and skincare content. I’m almost *always* influenced to purchase whatever product she puts in front of her ring light! I also love that she’s a Black woman in the esthetics/skincare space, nothing like representation.

What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?
I love, love, love The Honey Pot Company and the mission they have set out to complete. They do such a phenomenal job at curating content that markets their feminine hygiene products, but also, incorporate lifestyle and humor into said content to bring about an air of relatability. For me, it can feel a bit constricting to produce and/or consume advertisements and content that are solely focused on maintaining a picture perfect aesthetic. Sometimes the best way to reach your audience is through authenticity -- not perfectly curated, heavily filtered posts. Those can still be cute though!
