How do you stay organized?
I stay organized by using a combination of a digital calendar and a task management system. I rely heavily on Google Calendar to schedule all my classes, meetings, deadlines, and personal reminders. I color-code events by category, like school, work, or extracurriculars, which helps me quickly see where my time is going and avoid overcommitting. For day-to-day task management, I use tools like Notion or a simple to-do list app to break down larger projects into smaller tasks with due dates. I review my calendar and to-do list each morning and plan my top priorities for the day. This system helps me stay on top of multiple commitments and adjust quickly when things get busy.

How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?
To ensure deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in fast-paced environments, I rely on a mix of organization, communication, and attention to detail. I usually break projects into smaller, manageable tasks with internal deadlines, which helps me stay on track and avoid last-minute scrambles. Tools like Google Calendar, Notion, or Trello help me prioritize and visualize my workload. To keep everything on-brand, I make sure I understand the brand’s tone, voice, and visual guidelines from the start. I’ll often refer to existing content or brand style guides and, if I’m unsure, I don’t hesitate to ask for feedback early to avoid revisions later. In fast-paced settings, I’ve learned that flexibility is key, but so is proactive communication. If priorities shift or a roadblock comes up, I try to flag it early and offer solutions to keep things moving smoothly.

Can you provide an example of a successful integrated marketing campaign you were involved in?
While I haven't had the opportunity to work on an integrated marketing campaign yet, I’ve studied several successful ones closely and understand the key components that make them effective, such as consistent messaging across channels, alignment with brand values, and using data to adapt in real time. For example, I really admired how brands like Duolingo or e.l.f. Cosmetics used TikTok as part of larger campaigns that also included email marketing, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content to drive engagement and awareness. Watching how those campaigns unfolded taught me the importance of meeting audiences where they are and keeping messaging cohesive but tailored to each platform. I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned through coursework, independent research, and platform analysis when I do get the opportunity to contribute to a campaign firsthand.
