How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?
From my experience of talking to Gen Z individuals and being from Gen Z, most Gen Z individuals want to work a job that they can be passionate about and has meaning. With this, they want for there to be a good balance between life and work so that work isn’t something that becomes their entire life, while still being able to enjoy the career path they have chosen.

What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
In a group setting, I usually play the leader. While being the leader, I also make sure to thoroughly listen to everyone else’s feedback in my group and apply it as best fit.
