Can you give an example of a detailed QA report you have created in the past?

In my previous roles, particularly at The Football Association and in my current data-focused position, I regularly produced detailed issue and process reports, which closely mirror QA documentation. For example, while supporting safeguarding and disciplinary operations at The FA, I maintained and reviewed internal databases and digital records used by multiple departments. When I identified issues such as missing data, incorrect case statuses, or workflow errors, I documented them in structured reports that included the system affected, description of the issue, steps to reproduce, impact on operations, and recommended corrective actions. These reports were shared with senior staff and IT/operations teams to resolve errors and improve system reliability. More recently, at Taylor Smith Estates, I’ve documented data inconsistencies and process gaps within internal tracking systems, outlining where errors occurred, how they affected reporting, and what changes were needed. This experience reflects the same discipline required in QA: systematic testing, clear documentation, and actionable reporting to improve user experience and system quality.

How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?

I take a structured, repeatable approach. First I test key user journeys end-to-end, then I try to break things with edge cases (different devices/browsers, inputs, permissions, slow connections) to spot inconsistencies. When I find a bug, I document it so it’s easy to reproduce and fix: clear title, environment (device/browser), exact steps to reproduce, expected vs actual result, severity/priority, and supporting evidence like screenshots or screen recordings. I also retest after fixes and keep notes organised so the team can track patterns and prevent repeat issues.

Are you comfortable negotiating rates with creators?

I’m confident in my ability to outreach and communicate with creators in a professional, clear, and persuasive way. Through my experience supporting social media and marketing teams, as well as working in client-facing roles, I’ve developed strong relationship-building and negotiation foundations. I’ve liaised directly with external partners and creators, supported collaboration discussions, and helped coordinate partnerships, which has given me a solid base to secure collaborations while remaining adaptable and eager to learn and improve.
