What aspects of matcha are you most interested in exploring during this tasting experience?
When trying new matchas, I focus on their overall taste and functionality. I am interested in flavors such as nutty, earthy, smooth, or umami. Additionally, I consider the cost and whether it is a matcha I can drink every day or only on special occasions. I also evaluate whether it provides me with energy. I believe these characteristics help matcha stand out and showcase its unique features.
