What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness, to me, is a sum of how you take care of your physical and mental condition. This could be eating healthy, drinking a good amount of water, taking vitamins and medication, exercise, or even taking some alone time to make sure you feel okay. Recently in my life, I've made an effort to integrate a workout routine into my weekly schedule. When eating, I watch my portion size and make sure I get a healthy balance of different food groups. In my routine, I take a variety of vitamins to give me energy, reduce stress, and support healthy growth.
