I love meeting new people and getting to know their stories. So many people come from different backgrounds and have experienced a variety of different things that there is something to learn from everybody. At the same time, there could be some similarities between you and another that builds a genuine connection. I think it is important to understand who other people are and why that is, but it also opens up your mind and gives you an opportunity to be exposed to ideas you may not have originally been aware of.
