How do you handle team conflicts?
Generally when a conflict arises in a professional setting I find it best to separate temporarily the parties in conflict, discuss the matter with each of them and find the path forward. That path is going to be highly dependent on the situation and participates, however it is usually best to give each person some time away from the conflict to reevaluate the matter and cool off. Next there needs to be a joint meeting to force a resolution between them.
