What strategies would you use to keep the Discord community active and engaged?
Keeping Discord communities, or any community, engaged often boils down to whether users feel welcome and accepted. Replying to chats and even having daily events to make sure users are coming back and checking in to their communities.

How would you handle a conflict between community members?
Given that the platform is text based there will always be a record of any and all interactions. Therefore, I would be able to moderate chats by making sure everyone was abiding by the community rules.
