Why are you passionate about wellness and coffee?
I’m passionate about wellness and coffee because I truly believe health is wealth. Striving to be your healthiest self every day allows you to do more with your life, enjoy the things that matter most, and be fully present with the people you love. I love coffee because it gets me going in the morning and helps me make the most of my day, but I also care about how everyday dose supports my body long-term. It offers benefits like improved focus, memory, gut health, and cognitive support. For me, wellness is about choosing things that build me up every day, and my coffee is a part of that.
