What's 1 thing you would do to make creator outreach more efficient?
I would definitely research beforehand and have a list of brands ready to contact. I know creators love to hear about new ideas, I would start by also talking about their content. This is so they know we are paying attention to them.

I used to be a creator myself and would constantly communicating with brands on doing deals with them. I became very consistent and determined myself to keep contact with different brands. As a past creator I understand what they like to hear and see.
