What type of content do you find performs best on TikTok and Instagram?
Mostly timing is the biggest key (especially on IG reels), consistently timed posts, which the current algorithm loves in terms of trends. Furthermore, specific, individualized curated content always outperforms in the long-run.

How do you stay on top of social media trends?
I'm always on top of trends. I'm always online and in the know of recent trends and events, and always communicating with my colleagues at school about social media. Communicating with those in the social media industry full-time as well gives me insight into what's trending and performing.
