The first important aspect when adopting a new social app, is how beneficial is it for business owners? Can business owners promote their products in details?
The second important aspect is the target audience. Can the new social app appeal to audiences of different age groups or is it geared to a specific generation? Target audience is plays a crucial role when adopting a new social app.
The third aspect is communication. Communication is an important aspect, especially with social apps. You must be able to communcate with friends, business owners/companies, and the owner of the app. Communication is a way for the consumer to express themselves, connect with their friends and help promote brands.
