The weekly hours for this role will vary based on the candidate (20-40 hours). How many hours a week can you work?

I'll first research our potential customer - who are they, what they do, why would they use our product. Conduct a list of potential marketing channels they might come across - favourite news portal, a page they open daily or creator they admire, and I'll reach out to these sources for potential collaboration and sharing of the message. This way they'll get engaged with our business - definitely put an accent on a catchy title that will grab viewer attention - it's not about creating new problems, but about solving and saving time to our customers

When evaluating micro-influencers to post for a campaign, what engagement metrics do you consider?

I like following different creators on social media that push the boundaries of creative and self-expression, but besides this I also read a lot of blogs and news-portals focused on marketing, such as: marketingnews.com, later.com, or marketingdive.com

Can you give an example of a successful Influencer or social media campaign you were involved in?

I managed a social media account for a local olive oil production factory - they were both producing and selling their product as 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil to customers through their e-commerce channels. I was helping drive engagement with their audience and detecting opportunities for upscaling sales.
