During my time at Phoebe Jon Inc., a luxury fashion brand and Series B startup, I managed 5+ platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, e-mail blockchain, etc.), but I was responsible for monitoring KPIs in luxury product marketplaces. At first, I spent hours meticulously documenting each number, each deviation, or any variation of numbers manually. Thus I was able to develop an extreme pattern recognition skill that parallel with implanting the use of Salesforce & Factiva. So when analyzing the extrapolated data, I was able to carefully check for accuracy as well as develop and film strategized content and newsletters in response, increasing overall engagement and click-to-website traffic by 70% (52,000+ views within 48 hours).
