Use visual tools like Scratch or Turtle so they can see what their code does right away, and turn learning into games with puzzles or projects like rock–paper–scissors. Add stories to make lessons exciting—for example, helping a wizard count potions instead of just adding numbers. Let them be creative by choosing their own colors, words, or designs, and encourage sharing projects with friends or classmates. Most importantly, connect coding to things they already like, such as games, music, or apps, so they feel coding is useful and fun.
