If we handed you a phone and said “make something for Escargot right now,” what would you do?
I’d grab the phone, head straight to the kitchen (or even the office snack drawer), and make something that screams Escargot energy — funny, a little chaotic, and shareable. Example: 🎥 Concept: “When your dinner date says they love ‘slow food’…” Shot 1: Close-up of an empty plate with dramatic music. Shot 2: Slow zoom on an actual snail emoji sticker crawling across a piece of bread. Overlay text: “Say less.” Punchline: Quick cut to a fancy snail dish with a voiceover: “Escargot — we keep it slow.” Add trending sound + a cheeky caption like: “Fine dining or pet adoption? 👀 #FoodTok” The goal: Lo-fi, quick, and scroll-stopping with a twist of humor that fits the brand.

What’s a trend or piece of content you wish you made — and why? -- Are you located in NYC?
I’m obsessed with making food content that people actually want to watch and share — not just pretty plates, but stuff that feels alive and fun. I see food as a playground for creativity, and I’d love to give Escargot that same energy: weird, witty, and scroll-stopping. My approach: ✅ Trend Hacking: I’ll jump on trending sounds and formats fast — and put an Escargot twist on them. Think “what if this viral meme… but with snails and pasta?” ✅ Lo-Fi Humor: I love scrappy, authentic content that makes people laugh (or cry-laugh). Quick cuts, unexpected captions, chaotic energy. ✅ IRL Vibes: I’m all about behind-the-scenes moments — the messy prep, the team jokes, the “oops” shots that make a brand human and lovable. I want people to follow Escargot because the content feels like hanging out with that funny friend who happens to be obsessed with great food. If we can make someone stop scrolling, smile, and say “OMG share this,” then we’ve won.
