What qualities would you look for in a premium non-alcoholic aperitif like Ghia?
In premium non-alcoholic aperitif I would look for a complex, layered flavor profile. Something bittersweet with bright citrus, earthy botanicals, and floral notes that provide a luxurious experience. I would also look to see if it was made with natural ingredients and no artificial additives. I would hope that it is versatile enough to enjoy on its own or in cocktails. It should also provide functional benefits like calming or digestive support through herbs and botanicals. Naturally low or free of sugar would help it appeal to health-conscious drinkers looking for a sophisticated, alcohol-free option.
