Describe your approach to onboarding new partners efficiently.

Clear process, minimal friction, fast trust-building. Front-load the important information. Brief, scannable onboarding doc covering expectations, timelines, and deliverables upfront eliminates back-and-forth later. One point of contact. Confusion multiplies when partners don't know who to ask. A single thread keeps communication clean. Set the first deliverable small and fast. An early win builds confidence on both sides and surfaces any misalignment before it becomes costly. Personalize the brief. Generic briefs produce generic content. Referencing specific past work signals the partnership was researched, not mass-recruited. Feedback on the first submission is the most important feedback. That exchange sets the tone for the entire relationship. Being specific, fast, and constructive there compounds over every future deliverable. Build a repeatable intake system. Same questions, same steps, same timeline every time. Consistency at the process level frees up energy for the creative and relationship side.
