How would you motivate your peers to join a savings circle?
“I would motivate my peers by explaining the benefits of a savings circle in a simple and relatable way—like how it helps build a habit of saving, provides access to lump sums when needed, and creates financial discipline. I’d also share real-life examples and success stories to build trust. Additionally, I would emphasize transparency, fairness, and group support, so everyone feels secure and confident in joining.
