What type of content would you make for a women's period health brand?
I would make:
1) Quick-hit TikToks combining astrology and cycles, such as “What your period feels like during Mercury retrograde vs. Venus in Pisces,” or “Luteal phase but your moon is in Scorpio: A tragic comedy.” Niche, chaotic, and painfully accurate.
2) Breaking down hormonal shifts and cycle phases in a trendy—“Follicular phase = main character energy,” “Why you're crying over pasta: a biology story.” I’d use current pop culture, trending audios, and sharp captions to make education go viral!
3) Lastly I'd make something called a “Notes from your uterus” series and affirmation dumps for when viewers feel like they're spiraling. Stuff that feels like your best friend hyping you up (or crying with you) in 0.5x speed.
