What is your experience with scheduling and posting social media campaigns?
Through managing the media team for my university's psychology clinic, I gained experience planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms. I worked on organizing content calendars, coordinating posts around campaigns and events, and ensuring content was published consistently and on time. This experience helped me develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of maintaining a consistent brand presence on social media.

How do you handle client feedback on social media content?
I believe feedback is an important part of creating effective content, as different perspectives often help improve the final result. My approach is to understand the concern, stay open to suggestions, and make revisions that align with the brand's goals while maintaining content quality. I've developed this mindset while managing the media team for my university's psychology clinic, where content regularly went through reviews from faculty and senior team members. Working with multiple stakeholders taught me how to handle feedback professionally, adapt quickly, and deliver content that meets expectations.
Swishvo
Gen Z Social Media & Community Content Intern

Show us one brand on TikTok or Instagram whose voice you’d want Swishvo’s to feel like, and one we should absolutely not sound like. Why?
i think glossier is a great example of a brand to emulate. They completely changed the game by making everyday routines feel like a beautiful, shared ritual. Their voice is super conversational, peer-to-peer, and community-driven, but it always maintains a premium, clean aesthetic. On the other hand, a brand strategy we should absolutely not sound like is the unhinged meme style that is so common on reels right now. A lot of massive worldwide brands have completely abandoned standard marketing to post bizarre content just to get a laugh or go viral. While that chaos works great for selling candy or fast food, chasing those weird internet trends would be a total disaster for Swishvo
