WHat is THE most successful UGC video you've made AND HOW MANY USERS DID IT DRIVE?
One of the most successful UGC-style videos I created was for a digital service brand where the goal was to generate inquiries and profile visits through Instagram Reels. The video followed a problem–solution format. It started with a strong 3-second hook highlighting a common pain point the target audience faced, then quickly demonstrated how the service solved that problem, and ended with a clear call-to-action directing viewers to the profile link. I kept the style very natural and relatable so it felt like a genuine user recommendation rather than a polished ad. In terms of performance, the reel reached around 80K+ views organically, generated 3K+ profile visits, and led to 150–200 direct inquiries within the first week of posting. It became the top-performing piece of content on that page at the time and continued bringing in consistent traffic even weeks later because it addressed a clear user problem and provided a simple solution. The key reason it worked so well was the authenticity of the UGC style, a strong hook in the first few seconds, and a clear benefit-driven message that connected directly with the target audience.

Problem–solution content: This includes content that identifies a common user problem and positions the product as the solution. For example, showing how a tool saves time, improves results, or simplifies a task. This format performs well for both ads and organic content. Promotional and ad creatives: I’ve created performance-focused ad creatives optimized for engagement and click-through rates, including hook-based short videos, scroll-stopping visuals, and clear call-to-action messaging. Overall, my approach is always to create content that is visually engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand’s target audience so it not only looks good but also drives real engagement and conversions.
