To keep content fresh, I stay up to date on trends, mix in authentic day-to-day moments from my life as a student-athlete (esp at an academically challenging school & program), and try out different formats to see what people connect with. I focus on being real, adjusting based on what performs well, and keeping things fun and relatable.
