How comfortable are you with Facebook? This is where our users (Adults 60+) spend the most time.

I am very conformable with Facebook, downloading it originally about 6 years ago. The main reason I downloaded was to connect with family members, which over time has evolved into a much broader network of people, making me feel very confident and efficient using the app.

Please share one snack brand that is killing their social strategy. Why?

Clif Bar is killing their social strategy because their products are marketed to hikers and mountain climbers, exerting a "rugged" feel with them. That being said, Clif Bar receives all types of buyers from this strategy based completely on the marketing appeal, not just for consumers who adventure.

In your opinion, what's the key to creating a successful digital marketing program?

In my opinion, they key to creating a successful digital marketing program is being consistent with the posts, making sure they have the greatest outreach to as many people as possible. This will make media users remember the posts and promotions, to a greater extent. The other aspect of creating a successful digital marketing program is making the posts visually appealing. I believe they should be simple, but also should contain elements that allow the consumer to recognize the brand, such as a logo and a slogan.
