What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
Generally I'm a leader, but not always in the traditional sense. People look to me for guidance and support, and I'm happy to listen or help them with anything they need. I take charge by lifting others up rather than making decisions on the behalf of the other group members.
