A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
It depends if the review was product or service/support related. Regardless, address the problem, offer a solution, and leave it there. Offer to send a follow-up product if one was defective or offer an apology for the lack of courteous service with a discount on the next time. Let the customer be heard, offer a solution, anad neutralize the situation.
