As a member of a large family, I am familiar with organizing events, whether that be birthdays, big family dinners, or even farewell parties when one is going away for a while.

What is an example of when you went out of your way to provide an act of kindness from someone who is not an immediate friend or family member?
In my day to day life, I try and aspire to be as kind as possible. It happened that I helped an old lady carry her groceries to her car. I'm always ready to help people find their way (especially in Paris) even if I myself do not know it without looking at my GPS. I also once called an ambulance for a man who was having a seizure on the bus, and then stayed with him until they dismissed us.
