What excites you most about the opportunity to work alongside me and support multiple aspects of my brand—from fitness and fashion to content and community?

Problem solving. I love the idea of solving complex issues in which I am acutely aware I can complete without flaws. I’ve always adored buisness studies as a subject too and so I feel as if this is a chance to put my skills to use.

What experience do you have with Content creation and editing?

I’ve written scripts before for mid sized YouTubers (100k subscribers) and edited a few things in my own time which came out well.

"How do you stay organized and prioritize when juggling multiple projects at once? Can you share an example of a time you managed multiple responsibilities or projects simultaneously?

I started working at a Harley Davidson show as parking crew annually starting from 14 (yes this is surprisingly young) This meant that I was in charge of a group of five other people who all had their own confusions as the show its self has always been an odd job of a set up. But nontheless I thought outside of the box and used critical thinking skills to get the people I was working with to correctly assess and act on the situation at hand. What issue was at hand you may ask? An absolutely massive line of cars and bikes, more than the show expected in its first year. The field was far too small to withhold such a large number of vehicles and so I put the bikes in one corner, as close together as possible but with enough room remaining to accommodate for enterance and exits, I had larger vehicles next to them on the far end of the field lined horizontally to save space, I created a form of makeshift pathway for the bikes with traffic cones that went through the middle. All this allowed for more cars to enter and park comfortably.
