What metrics do you prioritize when optimizing a growth campaign?
I prioritize metrics that tie directly to revenue and efficiency. At the top level, I look at cost per acquisition and conversion rate from click to paid signup. From there, I focus on creative level performance such as hook retention, average watch time, and click through rate to understand what messaging is driving intent. For retargeting, I pay close attention to frequency, ROAS, and assisted conversions. I use engagement metrics as diagnostic signals, but optimization decisions are always based on what lowers CPA and increases paid signups.

How would you increase paid signups using social media marketing?
I would focus on conversion driven UGC that pre sells the offer before the click. This means creating native short form videos that clearly highlight the problem, show real use or results, and address common objections in a natural, trustworthy way. I would use these videos both organically and in paid ads, then retarget viewers and profile engagers with stronger proof based content like testimonials, FAQs, and limited time offers. The goal is to warm the audience through relatable content, build trust quickly, and drive paid signups through clear CTAs and a frictionless landing page experience.
