I focus on building engagement through relevance, consistency, and conversation.
For organic audiences, I start by understanding what the audience actually cares about, then shape content around their emotions, questions, and everyday experiences. I use a mix of educational content, storytelling, and relatable posts, and I write captions that invite responses rather than just inform. I also actively monitor performance to double down on formats and topics that generate saves, shares, and comments. For influencers or collaborators, my approach is more relationship-driven than transactional. I identify creators or voices aligned with the brand’s message, then engage with their content genuinely before reaching out. When collaborating, I focus on mutual value so it feels natural rather than forced.

How have you grown a brand’s social media presence from scratch?
I’ve built social media presence from scratch by starting with strategy before content. For Synergy in Bloom, I began by defining the brand voice, target audience, and content direction for a mental health coaching community. Since there was no existing presence, I focused on setting up the foundations properly—profile optimization, bio positioning, highlights, and clear messaging that immediately communicated value. Next, I created core content pillars to guide everything posted: education, relatability, community engagement, and soft promotion. This helped ensure consistency and clarity from day one instead of random posting. I then built and executed a content rollout plan that included educational posts, storytelling content, and engagement-driven captions designed to spark conversation rather than just views. I also made sure each piece of content had a purpose—whether it was to build trust, start conversations, or introduce the offer. Within the first 90 days, this approach helped grow the page from zero to consistent engagement and resulted in a +937% follower growth, along with strong increases in likes, comments, and shares.

I developed a community-first content strategy for a mental health coaching brand, Synergy in Bloom, where the goal wasn’t just follower growth but meaningful engagement. I started by defining clear content pillars around education, emotional relatability, community support, and soft promotion. From there, I built a consistent posting structure that mixed storytelling posts, relatable mental health content, and conversation-driven captions that encouraged responses rather than passive scrolling. I also focused on simplifying the brand’s messaging so it felt more human and less “corporate coaching,” which made the content more relatable and shareable. Each post was designed with a clear engagement intent—whether that was saving, commenting, or sharing. Within about 90 days, this approach led to a significant increase in engagement rate, including a +937% growth in followers from a near-zero starting point and a noticeable rise in comments, shares, and overall interaction.
