I would say either trending sounds, or any content that is faster paced and still shows your daily life but focuses on the good parts. I believe a montage style works best.

How important is routine to you when it comes to sleep health?
Very very important. I am a student who works and is very active, so it is important that i keep a schedule that allows me to have enough sleep.
