How do you stay updated on Instagram and TikTok trends?
I think it's really important to be able to switch between consumer and marketer mode. If you interact with too much content relating to your place of work, your feed won't show a full array of current trends, but if you are only online as a consumer, you'll miss opportunities to grow your brand. I often have folders based on my current roles where I save examples of content, trends, and talent I could potentially pull from later. This helps me view content as a consumer while still gathering information to help the marketing side later.

What attracts you to influencer and social media marketing?
I've worked in a lot of roles across the marketing industry, but influencer and social is what I've fallen in love with. I love collaborating and forming connections, whether it be with my team, talent, agencies, or other important pieces to this puzzle. The intersection of influencer and social has allowed me to be really creative, playful, and see my work come to life, which I really love and value.
