How do you hook viewers in the first 3 seconds of a retail video?
To hook viewers in the first three seconds of a retail video, I like to take viewers out of their element. This means that I like to capture clips that are primarily outside, in stores, and not just me sitting in front of the camera talking. This has proven to be successful in past videos that I have filmed. For example, a hook that I feel would perform well for a SKINNY DIPPED asset would be something like "New year, New Me, but this time I'm focusing on my sweet tooth".

How would you create engaging retail content ?
I would love to create engaging retail content by shooting a variety of B-roll clips to incorporate to the final outcome. I find that starting with a strong hook that isn't to "AD" like, does very well engagement wise!
