My approach to managing multiple creator relationships is prioritizing organization and effective communication. I would keep track of outreach, creator responses, follow-ups, etc., to ensure that communication stays clear. My goal is to ensure that every creator has a positive experience while making sure projects and deadlines are met.

As someone who is highly active on TikTok, I spend a lot of time discovering new creators, following the newest trends, and learning about what types of content resonate with certain viewers. Through my experience with The Swft Club, I had the opportunity to support creator outreach, which gave me experience connecting brands with creators that match their goals and values.

The most effective social media platforms for influencer outreach are TikTok and Instagram. TikTok is a great way to find a variety of creators with different niches who have an engaged community. On the other hand, Instagram is much more straightforward because you can connect with creators via DMs. Through my involvement with The Swift Club, I gained hands-on experience with influencer outreach and was able to identify and connect creators who aligned with the company's goals.
