Currently, I have a couple of TikTok accounts with some experience creating content, although they are primarily in Arabic. I’m planning to create a dedicated English-language account tailored to the brand’s audience to deliver high-quality, trend-savvy content.

how do you plan to track successful and unsuccessful content strategies?
I plan to track content performance by focusing on key metrics such as views, watch time, retention rate, engagement (likes, comments, shares), and saves.
I would test different content styles, hooks, and formats, then compare their performance to identify patterns. For example, I’d analyze which videos have higher retention or stronger engagement and understand why they performed better.
For unsuccessful content, I review where viewers drop off, whether the hook was weak, or if the content didn’t match audience expectations.
I also believe in consistent experimentation — doubling down on what works while quickly adjusting or replacing what doesn’t. Over time, this creates a clear, data-driven content strategy that improves performance and growth
I’d also organize results in a simple tracker (like a spreadsheet) to clearly see trends over time and make better decisions

What do you think makes a viral video?
i believe a viral video comes down to three key elements: a strong hook, relatability, and retention.
First, the hook is everything — if the first 1–2 seconds don’t grab attention, the viewer scrolls. I focus on curiosity-driven or emotionally engaging openings.
Second, relatability makes people feel connected to the content, which increases shares. Content that feels personal or reflects real-life situations tends to perform better.
Finally, retention is what pushes a video to go viral. Keeping the video fast-paced, visually engaging, and sometimes adding a loop or unexpected ending encourages viewers to watch until the end or rewatch.
I also believe adapting trends in a unique way — instead of copying them — is key to standing out and reaching a wider audience
For example, I would start with something like: ‘Nobody talks about this…’ or ‘This changed everything for me…’ to instantly grab attention
