Do you track your sleep and steps?

I track my sleep and steps, it keeps me motivated. I love seeing how much I’ve moved in a day, and hitting my step goal always gives me a little boost. The sleep tracking is great too because it helps me stay on top of my routine and notice when I need to reset. It’s not about being perfect, it just keeps my energy up and pushes me to stay active.

What is your idea of an active day?

My idea of an active day is a mix of things that make me feel good physically and mentally. I usually start with a long dog walk — it’s my favourite way to ease into the day, get some fresh air, and clear my head. After that, I like to fit in a workout and a short yoga session. The workout gives me that boost of energy, and the yoga helps me slow down, stretch out, and reset. Then heading out for a drive, or just getting lost in the sound and speed on a motorbike that’s the perfect ending for me. It’s the combination of movement, calm, and a bit of adrenaline that makes the day feel complete.

Can you share an example of a recent UGC video you created for a beauty or retail brand, and what made it feel natural instead of overly scripted?

I filmed a UGC video recently for a moisturiser. I kept it super natural by recording it the same way I’d chat to a mate — no script, just me trying it out in real time. I showed my actual morning routine, applied the moisturiser on camera, and talked through what I noticed straight away, like how lightweight it felt and how quickly it absorbed. I even left in a moment where I squeezed out way too much and laughed about it, because those little slip‑ups make the video feel real. Instead of trying to sound perfect, I just shared my honest first impressions, and that’s what made the video feel genuine rather than staged.
