Which of these brands are you a fan of, subscribe to emails ,etc? (Hoka, Athleta, Alo, Adidas). And why are they your favorite?
I am a fan of Adidas and Nikes for footwear. I like Nike's sneakers for training, I train for 2 hours 6 day with a mix between weights and cardio a week so I am very particular about what shoes I wear to have a comfortable workout. I enjoy Adidas for everyday walking shoes, particularly the Astirs which I have out 1300 miles on in 2023! I work part-time in a Pilates studio as well so I love Alo's clothing options for that as well!
