What steps do you take to ensure thorough testing of new features?

To ensure thorough testing of new features, I start by reviewing the requirements so I understand the intended behavior. I design test cases that cover normal use, edge cases, and potential failure points. I test the feature in isolation first, then verify how it behaves when integrated with other parts of the system. I also check for regressions by retesting related functionality. Throughout the process, I document results, track any issues I find, and re-test after fixes to confirm the feature is stable and reliabl

How do you approach identifying and reporting bugs during testing?

I identify bugs by first understanding the expected behavior and then testing edge cases to uncover issues. When I find a bug, I isolate the smallest reproducible steps, gather logs or error messages, and confirm whether it is consistent. For reporting, I make it clear and actionable by listing the expected behavior, actual behavior, steps to reproduce, environment details, and any supporting logs. My experience debugging C++ simulations, web apps, and data pipelines helps me quickly spot patterns and possible root causes.

What's a college holiday moment that you're excited for?

I’m excited for Thanksgiving because so many students host Friendsgiving, and it’s one of the few holidays where everyone brings food, relaxes, and just enjoys a really chill, cozy time together.
