Then, I proposed a revised strategy with clear examples and timelines, keeping them updated throughout the process. By maintaining professional, transparent communication and showing flexibility, I was able to turn their frustration into satisfaction, and the campaign ended up exceeding their expectations.

As a business major, I’m constantly managing and micromanaging multiple projects, which has taught me how to prioritize effectively. When handling multiple clients, I assess deadlines, urgency, and impact, then create a clear plan or task list to stay organized. I break larger projects into manageable steps, monitor progress closely, and adjust as needed to ensure each client receives attention and high-quality results. This approach allows me to stay efficient, meet deadlines, and maintain strong communication with all clients simultaneously.
