Why do love ube one?

I love Uber One because it makes getting around campus and the city so much easier and more affordable for students like me. As a busy first-year student living in the dorms at UCI, having reliable, convenient, and budget-friendly transportation is essential for balancing classes, work, and social life. I’ve regularly used both Uber rides and Uber Eats, which are common and trusted services in dorm life, helping me save time and reduce stress. Uber One helps take the hassle out of commuting and ordering food, so I can focus on what matters most. Being part of the advisory board excites me because I can share insights from a student’s perspective to help improve the Uber experience specifically for my campus community. I’m eager to collaborate and provide feedback that makes Uber One even more tailored to students’ needs, whether that’s enhancing logistics, pricing, or accessibility.

Can you provide prior example(s) of successful social media interactions you've facilitated for a brand? If not, how would you respond to the following IG comment: "OMG @poundcake, this is the best lip oil ever!"

While I haven’t officially managed social media for a brand yet, I’ve been researching and observing how successful brands build community online—and I’ve been curating and combining everything I’ve learned to better understand what makes content feel intentional, engaging, and on-brand. From playing around with my own Instagram feed to making Pinterest mood boards and watching how people respond to different tones and visuals, I’ve been really hands-on with developing my eye for content and connection. If I were responding to a comment like: “OMG @poundcake, this is the best lip oil ever!” I’d say something like: “Hey!! We’re so happy you love it 💖 Your lips deserve all the love 💋 #GivingTheLoveTheyDeserve #PoundCakePosse” It’s playful, affirming, and true to Pound Cake’s brand voice—and I’d aim to bring that same energy to every comment, DM, and post to make followers feel genuinely seen and celebrated.
