Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
In a previous position, I was involved in a campaign for a client who was suddenly unhappy because their initial content did not meet the brand guidelines outlined in the creative brief. We were approaching the launch of the campaign, and, as they were getting anxious over, I could either delay timing or have a bad launch from their perspective.
I understood their concerns, and I asked for a quick call to fully comprehend their input. I reviewed their brand guidelines to ensure it was aligned to their expectations and adjust the timeline slightly to undertake some changes in content, and still achieve the launch date
I dedicated my time to collaborating with the creative department to produce their content accordingly, which I sent over previews for their review/approval, while keeping them in the loop for the whole process.
In the end, the client felt heard and respected, we launched on time, and had content they were happy with promoting. The whole experience reminded me of the importance of proactive communication and collaboration under pressure.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
First, I look at everything on my deadlines and deliverables; it gives me an indication of what is time sensitive and of importance as well. I know that there are some projects and deadlines to think about first, but I approach it with a blend of urgency and importance. I always ensure that I am compartmentalizing the necessary deadlines first to complete my work. I utilize project management apps such as Asana or Trello to manage deliverables and deadlines and ensure there is organization and visibility for everything that needs to get done. I also block time in my calendar to devote to high touch projects and once a week or biweekly check in with clients and/or ambassadors to eliminate any last-minute requests. Also, if I have a sense that there may be a question or conflict, I try to let clients know as early as possible, letting them know I see potential conflicts and along with some possible alternatives of ways to keep projects and keep timeliness adhered. This is how I manage projects, being organized and at the same time being able to provide constant supported contingent on a plan that allows them to feel valued and supported, regardless of the project.
