Interview Questions
Yaya Chang Art
Social Media Coordinator

How would you engage audiences for art?
I’d engage with the audiences by making them co-creators of the art experience itself. Imagine posts where each follower’s reaction subtly alters the next visual, or ephemeral stories that reveal only fragments of a piece, leaving them to imagine the rest till the final reveal. I’d blend digital and sensory storytelling like sounds, textures, even light in videos so scrolling feels like wandering through a living gallery, where each interaction shapes the art itself.

Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?
This will actually be my first professional social media campaign, so I’m approaching it with a lot of excitement and curiosity. I’ve spent time experimenting with content personally, like trying out different trends to see what really connects with different audiences. I’m excited to bring that hands-on experience to a real campaign, combining creativity with learning in real-time, and tailoring content to reflect the studio’s artistic vision.

How do you stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes?
I see social media as a living canvas. I follow influencers, creators, experiment with their trends like brushstrokes, and learn from how audiences respond. For me, staying updated is part of experiencing the world digitally.
