How would you use AI to improve a Shopify customer journey?

I would use AI to personalize and automate each stage of the Shopify customer journey. First, I’d implement AI-based customer segmentation to deliver personalized product recommendations and dynamic content based on user behavior. Then, I’d optimize email marketing with automated flows (e.g., abandoned carts, follow-ups) using AI-generated content to improve engagement and conversions. I would also integrate recommendation systems to suggest relevant products in real time, and use automation tools for social media to generate and schedule optimized content. Finally, I’d analyze customer journey data to identify friction points and continuously improve the experience through data-driven automation
