Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you have worked on?
As a beginner, I haven’t led a large brand campaign yet, but I’ve worked on personal content that gained strong engagement and taught me a lot about what works on social media. One example was a short-form video I created around self-discipline and “starting over” that I posted on Instagram Reels and TikTok. It followed a simple but emotional structure: I showed a raw, unfiltered moment of burnout, followed by a voiceover about not giving up and restarting. I paired it with trending audio and included a strong hook in the caption: “You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to start again.”

How do you plan to incorporate your athletic experience into creating engaging content for W Labs?
I plan to incorporate my athletic experience into W Labs content by bridging performance and storytelling — showing not just the workouts, but the why, the grit, and the recovery behind the scenes. As someone who’s active and passionate about movement, I understand how athletes think, feel, and fuel — and I want to create content that reflects that mindset authentically
